Climate action in Nigeria on the Independence day of the North Barchant
Last weekend, mass protests took place in the capital of Nigeria, Abuja, to protect the climate and the environment. Hundreds of environmental activists took to the streets of the capital to show support.
The Kingdom of North Barchant acted as a partner of this event. Queen Anne Makko noted that it is very important now to pay attention to these problems in order to keep the world fit for our descendants.
On Sunday evening, a musical concert, also organized as part of the action, took place at one of the main venues of the capital. It featured performances by local musicians, environmental activists, and a video message from the Queen of the North Barchant.
