Honorary citizens

Spartak Yan, the citizen of North Barchant, accepted the title of an "Honorary Citizen" in accordance with a special decree of Her Majesty, Queen Anna Macco, for active promotion of ideas, representation of the Kingdom at various social and cultural events and formation of a solidarity community of the citizens of the Kingdom in the Republic of Crimea. Spartak Yan represented The Kingdon of North Barchant as an active participant of social actions for road safety "Warning! Motorcyclist!", an electronic music festival "Republic of KaZantyp" and many others.

Gleb Korolef, the Minister of Culture of North Barchant, accepted the title of an "Honorary Citizen" in accordance with a special decree of Her Majesty, Queen Anna Macco, for a particular contribution to cultural life of the Kingdom of North Barchant, classical music promotion and high professional achievements. Over the past few years Gleb Korolef toured with solo concerts in Japan, Kanada, USA, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, participated in many famous festivals, including the Tchaikovsky Competition 2019 in Moscow.
