A ceremony for the special stamping of postal editions titled "The Great Russian Travelers: Through the Prism of Philaturism - Peter Anjou and Ivan Kruzenshtern" was held on April 13, 2023, at the Museum of the Navy in Moscow.

The chief guest of the ceremony was Valery Sushkov, the Minister of Post and Communications of the Kingdom of North Barchant, who is also the creator of the concept of "philaturism" - an educational adventure tourism and exploration of territories through the lens of philately and postal history. 

The postal editions comprise postcards, vignette stamps, and special stamps, represented by the "Bottle Post", which served as the foundation for the idea of "philaturism". 

During his visit, Valery Sushkov gave a lecture titled "Philaturism. A New Concept in World Tourism Practice" and showed the documentary film "The Incredible Adventures of a Postmaster, Envelope, and Stamp: Balloon Mail", which has received numerous awards at 20 national and international film festivals worldwide from 2021 to 2023. 

The "philaturistic" postal edition ceremony at the Navy Museum was a remarkable event that brought together enthusiasts of philately, postal history, and travel.
