Within the largest international chess festival “RTU Open 2019” of Northern Europe, an open Dicechess tournament will be held with the support of the Kingdom of North Barchant. It will take place in Riga, Latvia, on August 7 according to the Swiss system: 6 rounds, 2 games with one opponent each. The citizens of North Barchant take an active part in it. The Kingdom appreciates and welcomes intellectual games. We invite citizens of the KoNB from Latvia to visit the tournament.
